This course aims to help you get your long awaited Blue Belt.
Master Sylvio will give precious tips for you to reach your goal.

5 lessons of 20 minutes each
– 100 minutes of lessons –

  • LESSON 01

You will understand the importance of concepts and theories in our BJJ learning and development and what is necessary to reach the 1 st stripe.

  • LESSON 02

You will know what is necessary to study to reach the 2nd stripe level under SBA’s requirements.

  • LESSON 03

You will know what you must show to reach the 3rd stripe.

  • LESSON 04

You will know what you have to do to reach the 4th stripe.

  • LESSON 05

You will know what is necessary to go for the Blue Belt test! It will help you to make your plans and setup goals on your training sessions. Will also help to interact and help your instructors to prepare your classes!
